Mike Duncanson — Owner & Lead Plumber

Mike Duncanson didn’t just build a career in plumbing; he built a reputation on trust.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Mike Duncanson is a trusted plumber in Victoria BC, serving homeowners and property managers who value honest advice and reliable workmanship. Many of his customers don’t just call him once; they call him back year after year, confident that the job will be done right.

Mike is the owner and operator of Impact Plumbing & Heating Ltd, where he personally oversees every project. Whether it’s a simple faucet repair, a full bathroom plumbing renovation, or a hydronic heating installation, he approaches each job with the same level of care, precision, and accountability.

Experience That Goes Beyond the Basics

Having worked on everything from older homes built in the 1950s to modern new builds, Mike understands the unique challenges of Victoria’s diverse housing. His approach is rooted in proper diagnosis — not quick fixes.

Instead of rushing through a job, Mike takes the time to identify the root cause, explain the issue clearly, and walk clients through their options so they can make informed decisions.
